Dear Gary,
On behalf of everyone involved, I want to formally thank you for your contribution to the success of our 2012 Employment Expo.
It was a pleasure to work with you on this, Gary. Your professionalism, common sense, and good-natured approach made everything go so smoothly.
Many folks have told us how much they enjoyed your presentations — how they learned so much important information, but also enjoyed learning it through your fun and congenial presentation style.
Just as we had hoped, your presentations inspired a heightened awareness of the value that people with disabilities can bring to the workforce. While this new awareness was acquired by the employers who were present, it was also extended to the many service providers and job seekers who were also in the audience. I believe that the insights that you shared raised our community’s collective consciousness on these issues. I think we will all go about this work with greater determination and optimism.
Keep up the great work, Gary. There are very few people that are delivering the kind of message that you do through Modern Disability, and I’m not sure any of them can deliver it as convincingly as you do!
